Moto-Tugger HD Electric Tug
The Moto-Tugger HD is an ergonomically-designed motorized tow vehicle used to pull a variety of single or multiple carts in a safe and efficient manner with very little effort from the operator. Numerous standard hitch types are available to suit a wide variety of applications. Alternatively, we can customize the hitch plate to suit your specific requirements.
The Moto-Tugger HD is designed to handle heavier loads than the standard Moto-Tugger with a capacity of 3,500-5,000 lbs. depending on the caster size of the carts being pulled. Additional considerations are the angle and type of surface the unit is going to be operating on. The Moto-Tugger HD supplies a peak force of 150 pounds and 75 pounds of continuous pull/push force.
In addition to the pull-down position for normal operation, the Moto-Tugger HD features an easily adjustable three-position control. With the different height of operators and the variety applications the three-position handle allows for the best ergonomic position for any application.
